"First Responders"
The librarians are the 'first responders' for technology questions. We can help you with a variety of needs: syncing devices, log in and access issues, Populi, email, and other software help.
If we are unable to help with a technology question, we will refer you to IT support, located in room 223A, in the hallway to the dining room. You may send an email request for help to the Help Desk.
Populi Help
Populi is the student information system (SIS) we are using to track student records and handle course content.
The school's page is located at shsst.populiweb.com. Please note that it works best on the Chrome browser. Use your SHSST email to login if you are a student, faculty, or staff member.
