Amalinda specializes in Spanish and Portuguese dishes. It is only open Thursday through Saturday, from 5-9 pm. "Amilinda is owned and operated by Chef Gregory León, who you can find in the kitchen cooking every night. Chef León is a three-time James Beard Award nominee", and creates a new menu each week.

"C-viche presents Ibero-American small plates with a Peruvian influence and features fresh ceviches, handcrafted pisco cocktails, and an International wine list. C-viche offers a variety of lime-infused, cilantro-specked dishes, including complex marinated meats, spiced seafood, and a variety of native Peruvian peppers, including the subtly spicy Aji Amarillo."

This location takes the place of the Bay View location, which closed in 2023. Many of the staff have relocated.

There is also a location in the Oak Creek Center.
